Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
During new collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is free for all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on customs and destination.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Once your order has been shipped, Adisa Marx is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed once your package has been fulfilled.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check all shipping details before completing checkout. We are unable to modify addresses after an order has been processed.
Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require a new shipping fee to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Adisa Marx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If this occurs, please contact your local postal service directly to initiate a claim.
Pre-Orders or Limited Releases
If an item is marked as pre-order or made to order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be noted on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready.
